Our Toddler Program focuses on children between the ages of 18 months through three years. Toddlers need many opportunities to move about. They love to run, jump, climb and explore all types of small places. Toddlers are interested in all of the work that adults do and need to be allowed to participate in the daily jobs of the Center. They love to clean, sweep, set the table, etc. The educational care givers build the curriculum for toddlers around all these developmental needs. Each child is grouped with a special friend/educator with up to six children per educator. These small groups named by the educators such as, Green Pandas or Pink Seastars, form the small circle groups and lunch tables of the children.

Our Toddler Program focuses on children between the age of 18 months through three years.

General Daily Plan:

7:00 - 8:30 am	Opening Educator is the door greeter who helps each family say goodbye and helps the child get started with an activity or toy.
7:00 - 8:20 am	Arrival and inside play for all the children; also breakfast for children that need it (cereal, with milk & juice)
8:20 - 8:30 am	Clean up, toilet /diaper check, go outside to play
8:30 - 9:15 am	Outside play for all children
9:15 - 9:30 am	Small group and planning time for all groups
9:30 - 11:30 am	Snack is available and children choose either inside or outside play area
11:30 - 11:40 am	Clean up and toilet/diaper check, wash hands for lunch
11:40 - 12:00 pm	Circle time and set up for lunch
12:00 - 12:30 pm	Lunch
12:30 - 1:00 pm	Clean up lunch room, toilet/diapering, and Circle Time
12:45 - 1:00 pm	Pick up for half- day children
1:00 - 3:00 pm	Nap, children get back rubs, play quiet music
3:00 - 3:45 pm	Get up time, toilet/diapering, put away nap things
3:30 - 4:00 pm	Snack time
4:00 - 5:00 pm	Play time inside and outside - childrens choice
5:00 - 5:30 pm	Inside play time, Story time, Toilet/diaper check, Hand washing before snack
5:30 - 5:45 pm	Late afternoon snack and visiting time
5:45 - 6:00 pm	Clean up, close up activities to finish the day
